🎟️ Return & Refund Policy

We want every family to enjoy a magical and stress-free experience at My WonderPlay Inc. Please review our return and refund policy below:

🧸 Classes & Play Sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit or reschedule.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • If your child is sick, please contact us—we’re happy to reschedule with proper notice.

  • Make-up classes may be offered based on availability and must be used within the same session period.

🎉 Birthday Parties & Private Events

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may receive a refund minus the deposit or reschedule based on availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.

🛍️ Retail Purchases

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt and in unused, original condition.

  • Sale items and opened products are final sale.

Our play studio offers open play sessions, enrichment classes, special events, and party bookings. Most services are intended for children under age 8 with parent or caregiver supervision unless otherwise stated. At times, we offer classes/workshops for children 8+ and adults.

2. Supervision & Safety

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times unless in a drop-off class.

  • Adults are responsible for the behavior and safety of the children in their care.

  • We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if safety rules are not followed.

3. Health & Wellness

  • Please do not bring your child if they are sick, showing signs of illness, or recovering from a contagious condition.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears ill for the safety of our community.

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please see above for class, session, and party cancellation terms.

5. Event Bookings

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm any private event.

  • Rescheduling may be possible if requested within the timeline outlined in our policy.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activity at My WonderPlay Inc., you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of play and release us from any claims for injuries or damages.

7. Photo & Media Release

We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know—we always respect your privacy.

8. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you.

9. Code of Conduct

We are a kind, respectful, and inclusive space. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
