About Us

My WonderPlay exists to make parenting easier, childhood more joyful, and teaching more supported. We give families and educators access to high-quality toys without the clutter, playful learning experiences that nurture healthy development, and community connections that remind parents and teachers they’re not alone on the journey.

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to building strong and connected families and communities. Ultimately, we are a learning hub on a mission to foster a love of learning through play in little (and not so little) ones.

Our vision is to provide community-based programming & resources to make learning fun for children of all abilities by partnering with adult caregivers to nurture curiosity, spark creativity, & inspire a desire to learn for a lifetime.

My WonderPlay, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides creative, play-based learning programs and community enrichment experiences for children and families. To support the quality and consistency of its programming, My WonderPlay uses educational curricula and learning materials developed by WonderPlay Learning LLC, an independent educational content studio founded by the same individual. WonderPlay Learning LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property for its materials, which are made available to My WonderPlay through a formal licensing agreement. This relationship allows My WonderPlay to deliver high-quality, research-informed programming while maintaining clear operational and financial separation between the nonprofit and the for-profit entity.

My WonderPlay Inc. Policies

  • 🎟️ Return & Refund Policy

    We want every family to enjoy a magical and stress-free experience at My WonderPlay Inc. Please review our return and refund policy below:

    🧸 Classes & Play Sessions

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit or reschedule.

    • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

    • If your child is sick, please contact us—we’re happy to reschedule with proper notice.

    • Make-up classes may be offered based on availability and must be used within the same session period.

    🎉 Birthday Parties & Private Events

    • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to hold your date. The remainder of the total is due at least 14 days in advance.

    • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may receive a refund minus the deposit or reschedule based on availability.

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule; however, there is no guarantee.

    🛍️ Retail Purchases

    • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt and in unused, original condition.

    • Sale items and opened products are final sale.

    Welcome to My WonderPlay Inc.! By using our space, attending classes, booking events, or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to keep our community safe, fun, and fair for everyone.

    1. Use of Services

    Our play studio offers open play sessions, enrichment classes, special events, and party bookings. Services are intended for children under age 8 with parent or caregiver supervision unless otherwise stated. At times, we offer classes/workshops for children 8+ and adults.

    2. Supervision & Safety

    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times unless in a drop-off class.

    • Adults are responsible for the behavior and safety of the children in their care.

    • We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if safety rules are not followed.

    3. Health & Wellness

    • Please do not bring your child if they are sick, showing signs of illness, or recovering from a contagious condition.

    • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears ill for the safety of our community.

    4. Payments & Cancellations

    • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

    • Please see our Return & Refund Policy for class, session, and party cancellation terms.

    5. Event Bookings

    • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm any private event.

    • Rescheduling may be possible if requested within the timeline outlined in our policy.

    6. Liability Waiver

    By participating in any activity at My WonderPlay Inc., you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of play and release us from any claims for injuries or damages.

    7. Photo & Media Release

    We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know—we always respect your privacy.

    8. Personal Belongings

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you.

    9. Code of Conduct

    We are a kind, respectful, and inclusive space. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
