🧒 Supervision

• Children must be actively supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.

• This is not a drop-off space — adults must remain on-site (unless noted for a specific class).

💛 Be Kind & Respectful

• Please treat others the way you want to be treated.

• Share toys and take turns — everyone is here to play!

• Use kind words and gentle hands.

🧼 Clean Play

• Wash or sanitize hands before entering the space.

• No food or drink in the play zones (snacks in designated areas only).

• If a toy gets mouthed or dirty, place it a "Yuck Bin" for cleaning.

🧸 Toys & Materials

• Please leave toys and materials in their play areas.

• Handle toys gently — if something breaks, let a staff member know.

• No toys leave the space unless they’ve been checked out from the Play Library.

🧘 Wellness First

• Please stay home if you or your child is sick.

• Help us keep the space healthy for everyone.

🧭 Respect the Space

• Wear grip socks in designated areas where shoes are not allowed.

• Walk inside — no running, climbing furniture, or throwing toys.

• Keep personal items in designated areas.

• Choose age appropriate items. Please only play with one or two items/sets at a time.

• Tidy up your play area before moving on.

📚 Membership

• Who Can Join: Membership is open to families, caregivers, and educators in our community.

• Registration: All members must complete a membership form and agree to our borrowing terms.

• Membership Fee: Members pay a monthly fee based on the plan selected.

🕒 Borrowing Rules

• Loan Period: Items may be borrowed for 2 weeks at a time.

• Renewals: You may renew once if no one else has reserved the item.

• Borrowing Limit: Members may check out 3 or 5 items at a time based on selected plan.

🧼 Toy Care

• Clean Before Return: Please clean toys before returning using non-toxic, kid-safe cleaners.

• Missing Pieces: Notify us of any missing or broken parts upon return.

• Normal Wear & Tear: We understand accidents happen. Let us know so we can repair or replace as needed.

• Intentional Damage or Neglect: You may be responsible for replacement costs in cases of misuse.

📦 Returns

• Return Location: Toys must be returned to the designated drop-off bin during open hours.

• Late Returns: Late items may incur a small fee ($0.50 per day) to encourage timely return.

• Lost Items: If an item is lost and not recovered within 2 weeks of due date, a replacement fee may apply.

✨ Respect for All

• Inclusive & Safe: Please ensure toys are used in ways that respect the diversity and safety of all children.

• Sanitized Inventory: All toys are cleaned and inspected between uses.

• Feedback Welcome: Let us know if you have toy suggestions or accessibility needs!
